My Story

My upbringing was unconventional and chaotic which left me to figure out most things out on my own. At 19, a professor taught me a powerful lesson that would change my life. It was not my circumstances or intellect that would determine my future, it was my ability to understand what I believe and to take action. THIS was the only thing holding me back.

At 19 I had a dream to get into the Technology space and worked tirelessly to make it happen. I went to school full-time while working full-time in the technology field getting promotion after promotion. After 22 years I was a Sr. Director at an international wellness company and I was up for my next promotion, VP, and one step closer to my dream of being an Executive.

It was in that moment I realized my dream had changed.

I wanted to do what I was doing on the side. I wanted to teach and coach women to overcome the same struggles I had - to not take “no” for an answer when you have a dream on your heart, to fight with everything you have to honor your thoughts and ideas because they are yours, and to keep taking action in spite of fear.

So I left the comfort of my corporate dream and started coaching full-time.

I work with overwhelmed and busy working women who love their career and working is a part of who they are. These women have lost themselves going through the motions of their life. They seemingly have it all but they feel like something is missing but they don’t have the time to figure it out. They love their work but they also want to have a full life where they are working AND they prioritize their personal life.

The overwhelmed working woman is busy working and she has lost who she is. She feels lost, alone, and happiness has started to slip through her fingers even though she has a good life. She feels like she SHOULD just be happy and is not sure what is wrong with her.

These were the women I help.

There is nothing wrong with you. You have drifted from yourself but you can come back home to you.

Everything you want to create in your life becomes easy when you return to who you are.
