Why I do this work…
My upbringing was unconventional and chaotic, which forced me to figure out most things on my own. At 19, a professor told me something that changed my life: it’s not circumstances or intellect that determine your future—it’s your ability to understand what you believe and to take action.
That belief carried me through 22 years in technology. I went to school full-time while working full-time, moving up promotion after promotion until I became a Senior Director at an international wellness company. I was up for my next promotion—VP, the role I had been working towards for years.
But at that moment, I realized my dream had changed. What I wanted wasn’t another title—it was to coach women to overcome the same struggles I had faced: saying yes to the type of life they wanted both in their career and at home, honoring their ideas, taking bold action despite fear—and spending time with their families without feeling like they had to give everything to their careers. So I left the comfort of corporate to pursue coaching full-time.
Today, I work with high-achieving working moms who love their careers and their families—but know they can’t keep going this way. They’re spreading themselves too thin, giving everything to everyone, and losing themselves in the process.
They’ve built a beautiful life, but it doesn’t feel good. They’re busy, overwhelmed, and secretly wondering: “Why don’t I just feel happy?” or “Shouldn’t success feel better?”
Here’s what I want them—and you—to know:
There’s nothing wrong with you. You’ve simply never been shown a way to thrive in both roles—being a mom and giving value in your career—in a way that feels true to who you are. Right now, you’re operating on autopilot, doing what you’ve always done. But when you reconnect with your inner leader—your truest self, your power—everything begins to shift. That’s the work I teach, and it’s what makes alignment possible.
