Group Coaching: Her Alchemy is a 12-week group coaching experience for mom leaders who love their careers — and know they’re ready for what’s next.

This program is designed for ambitious working moms who are:

  • Leading in corporate environments (manager to VP), or leading projects and teams

  • Looking to grow, evolve, or step into a new chapter in their career

  • At a transition point — or feeling the pull for more purpose and fulfillment

  • Committed to performing at a high level without giving all of their energy to work

She values her career and the impact she makes — and she wants to be present at home with her kids. She’s no longer willing to sacrifice herself to make that happen.

Her Alchemy is for the mom leader who is ready to stop living in daily overwhelm and start leading her life with intention.

In 12 weeks, you’ll learn how to lead at work with confidence and clarity while also being present at home — without burnout, guilt, or constant overwhelm.

Private 1:1 Coaching

 

6 Month Mentorship

Private 1:1 coaching is for the mom leader who wants deeper support, more personalized guidance, and direct access as she integrates this work into her real life.

This is a six-month coaching container that includes the full Her Alchemy: Leadership from the Inside experience — with added depth, pace, and proximity.

We move through the 12-week Her Alchemy framework together, while also going deeper on:

  • Your personal goals and current challenges

  • Decision-making in real time

  • Integration at work, at home, and within yourself

  • The specific leadership, identity, or life transitions you’re navigating

You’ll receive:

  • Biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions (12 total over 6 months)

  • Direct WhatsApp access for between-session support

  • The Her Alchemy workbook and guided process

  • Personalized integration and accountability as you apply this work to your life

This option is best for women who:

  • Want a higher level of support and access

  • Are navigating a complex season or transition

  • Prefer private space to process and integrate

  • Are ready to move at a more customized pace
